Seems like a BRAND-NEW hotel, managed by a polite staff. It's found in a relaxing area, a short walk to many landmarks of Kiev.

Food was pretty good and rooms were big and pleasant. There were climate control and television in the room, appreciated that. Staff was extra friendly! Svyatoshynskyj district was worth staying in. It was a convenient base for our fine stay.

Perfect 10/10 experience there. Location was practical, I loved loyal staff and amazingly comfortable rooms. The room had flat-screen TV, a work desk and a hairdryer plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures: )
